These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Woodcreek Mulch Supply website (“Site”) and any orders placed through our Site or order platform. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2) Orders, Products, and Availability

• Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.

• If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid (subject to payment processor timing).

3) Pricing, Fees, and Payments

• Prices shown are before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated based on your delivery zone and order details.

• Payment may be required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If a pricing error occurs, we may correct the error and contact you to confirm the updated total or cancel the order and refund any payment received.

4) Delivery Terms

Delivery Scheduling

• Delivery dates and ETA windows are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, supply constraints, or route adjustments.

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the scheduled timeframe.

Delivery Location & Access

• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and safe (clear access, no low-hanging wires/branches, adequate clearance/space).

• If we cannot safely complete delivery due to site conditions or access restrictions, we may:

• Reschedule delivery, and/or

• Deliver to the nearest safe location, and/or

• Charge a trip/reschedule fee where applicable.

Placement of Materials

• Material placement is based on driver discretion and safety. We will try to follow your instructions, but final placement is determined by safe access and ground conditions.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden conditions (e.g., soft ground, underground utilities, irrigation lines, edging, pavers, concrete issues) when access/placement instructions are requested by the customer.

5) Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Because bulk materials are difficult to restock/verify once delivered, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated.

• If there is an issue with product quality or quantity, contact us promptly at (586) 726-0201 or office@suburbanscape.net . We may request photos and order information.

• Cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is scheduled, loaded, or en route.

6) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for:

• Correct delivery address and instructions

• Confirming HOA/community restrictions if applicable

• Ensuring placement location is suitable and accessible

7) Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security

• We may suspend or restrict access to the Site to protect our operations and users.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties
